Our Vintner

Apan wines are produced and bottled by Spencer Graham, a cofounder of the company. Spencer is a TTB certified wine grower based in St. Helena, the heart of the Napa Valley.

"It is very important that our wines have the ability to speak well for us in our absence," says Graham. "They are our ambassadors." We want to make wines that emphasize and reflect the varietal, that have balance, breed and persistence, but above all that are delicious to drink and enjoyed with our friends and families.

Wines produced by Spencer Graham have been sold in California and limited markets across the country and in France. His wines are served in some of the top restaurants in California; including San Francisco's Fleur de Lys, Postrio, Rubicon, Town Hall and PlumpJack Café; St. Helena's Terra and Tra Vigne; Los Angeles' Hotel Bel-Air; Oakhurst's Erna's Elderberry House; and various Ritz-Carlton Hotels.
